Prepare the Item
Ensure your item is unassembled and securely packed in its original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a full return value.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, our team will coordinate a courier pickup or provide instructions for you to drop off the item at our designated warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they meet our quality standards, we will process your store credit or refund to your original payment method.
